I collaborate with impact-driven brands, nonprofits, philanthropic groups to enable social, cultural and policy change. With more than a decade of work across climate change, gender, health and development, I believe in empowering individuals to drive change.
Previously, as Purpose's Global Head of Campaigns and Partnerships in India, I led strategic initiatives for businesses and nonprofits. Prior to that, I worked on climate and environmental issues with Greenpeace, built campaigns to address gender-based violence and taught citizen journalism to marginalised youth in the United Kingdom. Using participatory methodologies, I ensure diverse and underrepresented voices are central to creating lasting change.
My approach to work is grounded in pragmatic idealism — I like to dream big while delivering what is practical and possible!

What Design Can Do Delhi Live 2025: Building Partnerships for Impact
I collaborated with Unbox Cultural Futures, What Design Can Do, and The Design Village, to play a key role in business development and partnerships for the inaugural What Design Can Do (WDCD) Live in Delhi . My role involved strategic outreach and designing pitches, successfully securing four major partnerships—with the Global Methane Hub, Rockefeller Foundation, Netherlands Embassy, and Pro Helvetia—raising over US$ 150K.
The festival highlighted the intersection of design, climate action, and social change, uniting innovators and changemakers to imagine a fair and regenerative future.
Women Climate Collective: Empowering Women for Climate Leadership
Women Climate Collective is a community of women leaders in the climate and gender space incubated by Purpose and supported by Foundation L’Oréal. With more than 2000 members, it is dedicated to amplifying women's roles in the climate and gender ecosystem. I worked with Purpose as a consultant to design and deliver a capacity building program for the women leaders focusing on leadership development; fundraising; stakeholder engagement and amplifying impact through PR and media. WCC was awarded Bronze in the Sustainability, Environment & Climate Networking Category at the 2024 Anthem Awards
Help Delhi Breathe: Mobilising Citizen and Government Action Against Air Pollution
Help Delhi Breathe is a collective of citizens, businesses, and organisations to combat air pollution. As project lead, I successfully mobilised Delhi's residents to support the Delhi Electric Mobility Plan for electrified transport by 2030, enforce the Delhi Solar Policy for solar installations on government and public buildings, and introduce over 1000 electric buses for the city through impactful strategy, partnerships, government engagement and creative interventions. Since 2016, Help Delhi Breathe has reached over 500 million people and garnered 2000+ media mentions.
The project has been featured in Routledge Publication, Design for Social Innovation and Global art project, ‘Inside Out’. It was also a Finalist in the Environment and Sustainability Category at the 2018 Shorty Social Good Awards
EV My Delivery: Pushing Electric vehicles for E-commerce Deliveries
A multi-city initiative designed to accelerate the transition of last-mile delivery fleets to electric two- and three-wheelers by driving consumer action and holding e-commerce companies accountable to their sustainability commitments. Within 6 months, we secured commitments and set targets with four companies, including Zypp Electric and MoEVing.
By engaging young consumers in Delhi, Bengaluru, and Mumbai through creative content, interactive installations, and social media contests, we successfully built public demand for delivery companies to go electric. In parallel, we created a strong ecosystem of support by fostering collaboration among key stakeholders such as decision-makers, OEMs, think tanks, and logistics providers, laying the groundwork for a sustainable transition.
Care with Dignity: Pushing for Better Care and Respect in Women's Health in Bihar
Access to sexual and reproductive healthcare in India is gradually improving, but the quality of these services remains deeply affected by social and cultural taboos, inequity, and the disempowered status of women in society. I led a successful multi-year campaign, Khud Se Pooche, to raise awareness about the critical need for dignity and care in women's sexual and reproductive healthcare experiences. Using a combination of qualitative and quantitative research, stakeholder workshops, influencer engagement, and creative communications, we developed a strategy that incubated a women-led collective. This collective now includes over 15,000 digital supporters, amplifying women's voices and advocating for change.
The campaign was recognised with a Gold award at the 2022 Indigo Design Awards.
Advocating Rights of Older People: Communications and fundraising for HelpAge International
Documented the impactful work of HelpAge International in Vietnam and Ethiopia to promote and protect the rights of older people. This included capturing photographs, conducting interviews, and developing case studies during field visits to crisis-affected areas. By engaging directly with beneficiaries supported by HelpAge and its partners, I showcased their efforts to advance older people’s rights and improve livelihoods.
The content I created played a key role in driving the Support a Grandparent/Adopt a Grandchild fundraising initiatives and was widely distributed to press groups and nonprofits for further use and dissemination, amplifying awareness and support for HelpAge’s mission.
